our recent stay in polis exceeded expectations. natura beach hotel and villas provided stunning sea views, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. the air conditioning was a real blessing during the hot weather.
Uncomfortable crib for the baby.

Seeing the turtles hatching along the beach. The entire hotel is designed to be turtle friendly, with the hotel lights being positioned below the horizon when looking back from the beach, so as not to confuse the baby turtles. Overall we were extremely pleased with the hotel and thoroughly recommend it.
When there was no breeze there was an unpleasant lingering smell outside, which if the windows were left open would come into the room.

On our return from dinner in Polis we were greeted by a big rat coming down the stairs which run across my husbands foot and disappeared inside a cap between the wall and stairs. Next morning we told this to the receptionist who replied that there are rats everywhere and they are not poisonous!! Well in my opinion there definitely shouldn't be rats inside the hotel!! We decided to move out and asked for refund for the two remaining nights which she agreed but not once did she apologized in any way just commented there probably will be rats in other hotels as well!

The location of this hotel is perfect, as it is situated right on the beach just outside of Polis. It is also within walking distance to the town, making it convenient for exploring. The prices at this hotel are very reasonable, especially compared to nearby tavernas where you can dine for about 20% less. This is great for budget-conscious travelers. The staff at this hotel provide excellent service and pay attention to detail. They go out of their way to make guests feel welcome and ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms at this hotel are basic but well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The air conditioning works perfectly, ensuring a comfortable temperature during hot days. The garden view from some rooms is pleasant and adds to the overall ambiance. The breakfast at this hotel is a standout, especially for vegetarians. The selection includes lovely salads and mainly home-made food, with many own-grown organic products. It is satisfying, delicious, and reasonably priced.
All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

excellent localtion and amazing views, best sunset in cyprus. extremely nice nature and good selection of trees. saw some bugs that i havent seen in nicosia for 20 years now. many lizards and kourkoudades, which is also unique. breakfast is nice as all the products are homegrown. nice area for jogging (especially from the camping to latsi port)
like all cyprus hotels there should be more cypriot food on the menu. afterall it is delicious and i am sure tourists would love it. install free wifi everywhere.

Lovely sea view room upgrade, healthy and organic breakfast, relaxing environment, helpful staff, prompt assistance with lost item, free hot water for baby's milk.
Absolutely nothing.

Great location on the seaside and the beach; seawater nicely warm; huge lawns to relax and sunbathe on. Polis village is quaint and has numerous good bars and restaurants.
It is absolutely necessary that the hotel restaurant staff is better trained for service. More than once their approach was unpleasant and curt. The guest is clearly not as important for them as their own table planning system.

The proximity to the beach and the beautiful surrounding view .
I found the chosen decor of the room and the outside corridors depressing.

This hotel is a hidden gem by the beach, just a short walk away from the charming village. The rooms with a garden view are cozy and offer a serene atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff here is incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail, from the organic and home-made options at the breakfast buffet to the affordable prices for vegetarians. The location is fantastic, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful beach right at your doorstep while still being close to the lively tavernas in the area.
Everything was fantastic.

Beautiful location at the seaside of Polis. On the beach the turtles are hatching, well protected. Akamas peninsula with its wildlife is very nearby for hiking and biking, and Polis is a nice village with plenty of bars and restaurants. The hotel has apartment type rooms, many facing the huge lawn. The whole layout is welcoming and friendly.
De airco in the room is set at 26 degrees; it is too large for the room and blows straight on the bed. The rubber/plastic sheet that covers the bed under the undersheet is very uncomfortable; it makes the sleeping experience unpleasant. I know it is meant to prevent the bed itself from becoming sweaty, but there are other solutions possible, which are much less uncomfortable. It would be interesting if the hotel would provide some more information on its surroundings, for instance about the farm that it is bordering and about the turtles and their hatching habits.

Nice hotel next to the beach, beautiful area, perfect nature, clean and comfortable sea view room with double bed, friendly and helpful staff, delicious and value of money food, acceptable swimming pool, huge gardens. Suggest for relaxing and quiet holidays. Perfect view of sunset.
The swimming pool for children wasn't so clean. We booked single room with note that we will be 2 adults. They charged us more than the price appear in notes for adding an extra adult in our booking. But never mind...we liked our stay.

The breakfast had some decent options and the location was within walking distance of some cute shops and markets. the view from our room was really nice.
Our room had a strong mildew smell and the walls were thin, making it hard to sleep with the noise from other guests. The pool wasn't cleaned often and the surrounding area was really dusty.

Excellent and beautiful location. Very peaceful. Pretty gardens. Tennis court set in lovely orchard location. Lovely spacious room with lots of storage space and a very nice bathroom. Opt for seaview room as it is worth the small additional cost. Only 20 mins walk into Polis where there are lots of bars and restaurants. Also good location to get to Akamas Penninsula. Free wi-fi very useful. Owner gave a short lecture/slide presentation one evening on Cypriot flowers and birds which was very interesting.
Just some small things that should be easy to put right eg pool table and computer for general use were out of order for the entire duration of our stay. Also the 'mini-gym' is awful - they should either upgrade it or close it completely as in its current state it actually damages the overall view you have of the hotel. Also, info in room says food/snacks served all day in the bar but during our stay there was nothing available after 3pm - that may just have been seasonal but if that is the case they should say in the room info.

Wonderful setting, very helpful and friendly staff. Really appreciated the way the hotel used all the own home grown produce. The museli was to die for! Will be booking to go back next time I am in Cyprus.
The only thing I would say is be careful when using the steps into the pool as they are very slippery.
